The Scratch team acts as an extension of your event team - consulting, planning, and executing on our aligned vision for your event.

This mindset for event catering stems form our Owner, Tyler Morrison and Executive Chef, Taylor Hindman. Before the inception of Scratch, Tyler and Taylor have carved successful careers within the restaurant and hospitality industry. From Tyler overseeing Topgolf Stadium tour and events, to Taylor making a name for himself in James Beard nominated kitchens. Their extensive knowledge has developed the service they wish was more popular in the market.
