Tyler Morrison
Founder/Owner
Tyler founded Scratch alongside his wife Monica in 2020. His sole mission is to ensure all of his guests receive a best in class experience from the first sip of wine in the dining room to creating magical moments at weddings and large events. While he loves building the vision and model of his businesses, his passion is seeing our guests enjoy their "new favorite' wine.
Mitchell Fetterling
Executive Chef
Mitchell Fetterling joined Wildcat Hospitality in October 2025. With 14+ years of culinary leadership, he has built a reputation for elevating guest experiences, strengthening operations, and guiding high-performing teams.
Mitchell previously served as Culinary Director for Exit Strategy, shaping the menus for Monarch Bar, Mercury Room, Verdigris, and launching Bar Medici. His career includes work in acclaimed kitchens such as Saison (Two Michelin Stars), Bluestem, and Copenhagen’s Restaurant 108 under chef Kristian Baumann. His cooking centers on seasonality, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful dining experiences.


Matthew McGovern
Director of Sales & Marketing
Matthew is a Kansas City native, who brings over a decade of experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. With a passion for fostering strong customer and partner relationships, he believes that the cornerstone of a memorable dining experience lies in the connections we build.

His leadership philosophy centers around the idea that genuine relationships are the key to success. By understanding the needs and preferences of our customers and working closely with our partners, he ensures that every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
Kaylee Addison
Beverage Manager
Kaylee joined the Wildcat Hospitality Team in 2024. Her roots are in Kansas City, where she has had the opportunity to learn from the finest Chefs and Bartenders in this city. Kaylee learned the foundations of skilled bartending at The Monarch Bar in 2021 where she trained under a team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
This led her to The Mercury Room in 2022, where she worked with rare ingredients and turned them into thoughtful, great-tasting cocktails. From there, she received the opportunity to open Acre Restaurant in Parkville as Bar Manager in 2023. Her focus is to find and forage quality ingredients for my cocktail menus, while being warm and inviting.


Makenzi Rockers
Event Manager
With over 11 years of experience in event coordination, management, and execution, Makenzi Rockers is an accomplished event professional with a proven track record of orchestrating successful events of all scales, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and galas. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs, Makenzi ensures each event runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression. Whether working with corporate clients or private hosts, Makenzi's dedication and industry knowledge have consistently driven her events' success, showcasing her commitment to excellence in every project she undertakes.
Grant Ramirez
Director of Culinary
Grant Ramirez is an accomplished chef with 24+ years of culinary experience, known for blending classical technique with modern flavors to create vibrant, seasonally driven dishes. He began his career at Hallbrook Country Club and has since worked across fine dining, fast-casual, and private chef settings, earning recognition for his creativity and attention to detail.

Grant served as Executive Chef at Mission Hills Country Club (2019–2022) before consulting for major clubs and launching a network of private dining experiences. He joined Scratch Gourmet Kitchen in 2023, where he elevated the concept into a premier dinner destination and now oversees all culinary operations for Scratch Gourmet Kitchen and Scratch Gourmet Catering & Events, while consulting with clients across the Kansas City metro.
